myOneLogin Strong Authentication uses patented multifactor authentication technology from TriCipher, with flexible authentication levels, including:
The multi-factor credential used by myOneLogin protects online identity while maintaining the familiar experience of entering a user name and password.

One part of the myOneLogin credential is generated on the user’s computer and the other portion is stored in the myOneLogin service. Successful authentication requires both parts of the credential, making it virtually impossible for an attacker to steal the entire credential to log into an account to commit fraud or identity theft, including Man in the Middle and Man in the Browser attacks.

This strong authentication technology, part of the myOneLogin Secure Single Sign-On service, is also available as an on-demand identity service for application developers.

Rapid, low-impact deployment

You can access the myOneLogin Strong Authentication service from within your login page, maintaining control of the user experience and branding at all times. There is no need to purchase hardware or configure software. Your application needs to perform only basic web services calls to the myOneLogin service.

Self-service provisioning

Users can sign up for the multifactor authentication themselves, selecting a personal image and security questions to allow remote access. They can even reset forgotten passwords with a self-service model.
