How do you protect my login from phishing and theft?
myOneLogin uses multi-part credentials to protect your myOneLogin account from phishing and password theft. The credentials reside in part on your computer and in part on the myOneLogin servers. Can I use myOneLogin with internal applications?

What standards will you support for new applications?

How secure is your environment?
The myOneLogin service is hosted in highly secure SAS-70 certified data centers with full redundancy and protective systems. All data is encrypted in transit and in storage.

Administrative FAQs

How do I get started adding all of my users to myOneLogin
myOneLogin can add your users using a batch file, or you can add them manually using the administrative web interface.

How do I add or remove business users from the myOneLogin service?
myOneLogin provides an administrative interface for those users you designate as having administrative privileges. From that interface you can quickly add or remove users and change application access.

What type of reporting do you offer?
myOneLogin offers reports that you can run to track users and application access.

Can we add our own logo to the myOneLogin portal so it looks like part of our infrastructure?
Yes, you can customize your portal page for your business.

Can administrators connect using stronger credentials?
myOneLogin offers three security levels for authentication with the service. You can choose the strongest level for your administrative accounts.

Can we add outside contractors not in our Active Directory?
Use the administrative interface to add users and give them access to applications. When the contract is complete, you can instantly remove their access. Using myOneLogin, you never need to give contractors actual accounts and passwords to your subscriptions.

Can we integrate myOneLogin with our Active Directory or Open LDAP directory?
Yes, there are two ways to achieve integration with your internal directory.  TriCipher provides a Directory Services Proxy software component that integrates the myOneLogin service with your Active Directory or LDAP user directory. Or, you can create a webpage that validates a username and password against the internal directory; myOneLogin uses web page to validate username and password while confirming the second authentication factor in the myOneLogin service. Either way, your users need only one userID and password for all applications, and your business maintains a single authentication directory for both internal and web-based applications.
